General Assembly

The General Assembly has 34 members, including leaders and pastors of the MennoniteEvangelical Church. Generally they assemble once every year.

Board of Directives

The board of directors is the body that focuses on the course of the organization in order to accomplish the organizational vision. The board of directors is interchangeably elected every two years. The president and treasurer in even years, the fiscal and member 1 in odd years.

Staff Members

Management:
The management consists of the executive director, the administrator and the central and regional coordinators. They are responsible for the strategic policy and the monitoring of the processes initiated by CASM. This body assembles every three months.

Middle Management:
Organizes and puts into action the strategies and decisions made by management. The middle management is formed by the Control and Administration Team (EGA) and consists of the central office technical and administrative teams. They assemble once a month or more if necessary.

Field teams:
The field teams are regional teams that consist of a coordinator and technical facilitators who are in charge of the programs. Also these teams have one person who handles the administration of the field office and assists in project-related administrative activities.
